Is your iPhone always warning your is full? Paying for iCloud and not sure what is even being backed up?
This beginner-friendly class will help you better understand your iPhone, covering the most common questions, and looking reduce your iCloud & other App subscription fees. You’ll leave with a better understanding of your iPhone, and handouts covering the entire class to reference at home.
We’ll cover:
- Apple ID and what it does
- iPhone storage vs. iCloud storage
- What iCloud is backing up — and what you are paying for
- Cleaning up photos, videos, messages, emails, and files
- Removing unused apps & checking paid app subscriptions
- Email – Apple Mail & Gmail apps. How to bulk delete emails.
Managing what is on own phones is a task! We will learn what is on your phone, what is backed up, and how to delete unwanted files & clean up storage space.
Includes a take-home handout that outlines the class, with reminders to help you feel more confident with your device moving forward.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that plans sometimes change. Because class sizes are limited and instructors prepare based on registration, the following cancellation policy applies:
Student Cancellations
- Cancellations made at least four (4) days before the class start time are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made between 24 hours and four (4) days before class are eligible for a 50% refund. If the same class is offered again, registration may be transferred one time to a future date, subject to availability.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before class, as well as no-shows, are not eligible for a refund, credit, or transfer.
- For multi-week classes, cancellation deadlines are based on the first class in the series. Refunds, credits, and make-up sessions are not provided for individual classes missed during a series.
Instructor Rescheduling or Cancellations
If for some unforeseen reason, Skill Hall or the instructor cancels a class, participants may receive a full refund or transfer their registration to the rescheduled class.
