Multi-day class

We understand that plans sometimes change. Because class sizes are limited and instructors prepare based on registration, the following cancellation policy applies:

Student Cancellations

• Cancellations made at least four (4) days before the class start time are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made between 24 hours and four (4) days before class are eligible for a 50% refund. If the same class is offered again, registration may be transferred one time to a future date, subject to availability.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before class, as well as no-shows, are not eligible for a refund, credit, or transfer.
• For multi-week classes, cancellation deadlines are based on the first class in the series. Refunds, credits, and make-up sessions are not provided for individual classes missed during a series.

Instructor Rescheduling or Cancellations

If for some unforeseen reason, Skill Hall or the instructor cancels a class, participants may receive a full refund or transfer their registration to the rescheduled class.
